This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how AXIS RDC FZCO ("AXIS," the "Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of visitors to the website axisrdc.com (the "Site"), regardless of the country from which the Site is accessed.
By using the Site and/or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the terms of personal data processing described herein.
2. Who We Are
AXIS RDC FZCO is a resident company of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and operates in accordance with the laws of the UAE, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "UAE Data Protection Law"), as well as applicable implementing regulations and guidance issued by the UAE Data Office.
The Company acts as the controller of personal data processed through the Site.
3. What Data We Collect
The contact form on the Site (the "Form") is the sole source of personal data collection on the Site. We do not use any other means of collecting personal data (no account registration, payments, subscriptions, etc.).
When submitting the Form, we may receive the following categories of data, which the user provides voluntarily and at their own discretion:
-name (and/or other identifying information provided by the user);
-email address and/or phone number (depending on what is indicated in the Form);
-the content of the message (the text of the inquiry, question, or description of the situation).
We do not collect or request any special categories of personal data through the Form (health information, religious or political views, biometric data, etc.). We ask users not to include such information in their message unless strictly necessary.
We do not automatically collect personal data through analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking systems on the Site. Technical (session) data required solely for the operation of the platform hosting the Site may be processed by the Site’s hosting provider under its own policy — see Section 9 for details.
4. Purposes of Processing
Personal data received through the Form is used solely for the following purpose:
-responding to user inquiries, including reviewing the inquiry, preparing, and sending a reply to the question raised.
We do not use data received through the Form for direct marketing, automated decision-making, profiling, or for transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the law applicable to the user, personal data is processed on one or more of the following legal bases:
-consent of the data subject — by completing and submitting the Form, the user provides voluntary and informed consent to the processing of the data they provide for the purposes described in Section 4;
-the Company’s legitimate interest — processing is necessary to respond to an inquiry received and to maintain business communication with the person who reached out, in a manner that does not disproportionately affect the rights and interests of the data subject;
-necessity of processing to take steps requested by the data subject prior to entering into a contract — if the inquiry relates to potential cooperation.
6. Data Processing Principles
Regardless of the country from which an inquiry is received and the national law applicable to the user, the Company adheres to the following personal data processing principles, established under the UAE Data Protection Law and broadly consistent with generally accepted international data protection standards:
-lawfulness, fairness, and transparency — data is processed on a lawful basis and in the manner openly described in this Policy;
-purpose limitation — data is used only for the purpose for which it was collected (responding to inquiries) and is not used for other, incompatible purposes;
-data minimization — we request and process only the amount of data necessary to respond to an inquiry;
-accuracy — we take reasonable steps to ensure that data provided by the user remains accurate and up to date at the time of processing;
-storage limitation — data is retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing (see Section 12);
-integrity and confidentiality — we apply organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction (see Section 11);
-accountability — the Company is responsible for compliance with the principles listed above and can demonstrate such compliance upon request.
These principles apply to user inquiries regardless of the user’s nationality, place of residence, or location at the time of accessing the Site.
7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data received through the Form to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Data may be disclosed, to a limited extent, to the following categories of recipients:
-technical providers that support the operation of the Site and the Form (including the provider of the platform on which the Site is built and hosted, and the email service provider used to receive inquiries);
-government authorities and other authorized parties — solely in cases required by applicable law (for example, pursuant to a lawful request from a competent authority).
All third parties with access to data in connection with providing technical services to the Company are required to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality and data security.
8. International Data Transfers
The Company is registered in Dubai, UAE. Technical providers supporting the operation of the Site and email services may host their infrastructure outside the UAE, including in other jurisdictions.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of the UAE Data Protection Law, including transferring data to recipients that provide an adequate level of protection, or relying on other legally permissible mechanisms (in particular, contractual safeguards with service providers).
By accessing the Site from any jurisdiction, the user understands and agrees that their data may be processed and stored in the UAE and/or in the country where the Company’s technical providers are located.
9. Cookies and Automated Data Collection
The Site is built and hosted on the Tilda platform. The platform may use technical (strictly necessary) cookies to ensure the Site functions correctly; their use is governed by the platform provider’s own policy and is not controlled by the Company.
The Company itself does not deploy analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on the Site and does not track visitor behavior beyond the data voluntarily provided through the Form.
10. Data Subject Rights
Regardless of the country from which an inquiry is made, users may contact the Company to exercise the following rights with respect to their personal data processed through the Form:
-obtain confirmation that their data is being processed and information about the conditions of such processing;
-obtain a copy of the data being processed;
-request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
-request deletion of their data ("right to be forgotten"), where there is no lawful basis for its continued retention;
-object to the processing of their data or request that processing be restricted;
-withdraw previously given consent to processing (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal);
-lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (in the UAE — the UAE Data Office, or the relevant authority in the user’s country of residence, where applicable law provides for such a right).
To exercise any of the above rights, users may contact the Company using the contact details provided in Section 15. The Company will review such requests within a reasonable time and may request additional information necessary to verify the identity of the requester.
11. Data Security
The Company applies reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal data received through the Form against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Despite the measures taken, no method of data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Company therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of data.
12. Data Retention
Personal data received through the Form is retained for the period necessary to review the inquiry and prepare a response to it, as well as for a reasonable additional period necessary to document correspondence, protect the Company’s legitimate interests, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Upon expiry of the above period, data is deleted or anonymized, except where a longer retention period is expressly required by applicable law.
13. Children
The Site and its content are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data of minors through the Form. If the Company becomes aware that personal data of a minor has been received through the Form without the appropriate consent of their legal guardian, such data will be deleted.
14. Changes to This Policy
The Company may periodically update this Policy, including in connection with changes in applicable law or data processing practices. The current version of the Policy is published on the Site, together with its effective date. We recommend reviewing the text of the Policy periodically.
